Hi, I'm Heather

I'm a yoga teacher, mobility coach, and lifelong athlete who believes yoga should do more than help you touch your toes.

It should help you build strength, move with confidence, and discover what your body is truly capable of.

Everything I teach comes from the same drills, progressions, and lessons that helped me build my own strength and mobility over the years. If it didn't help me move better, I don't teach it.
